2. Company will take booking amount by cheque so as to keep customer satisfied.
3. Drawings are conceptual and illustrative.Area and demensions may maringnally very and will be adjusted in the BSP prevailling on the date of booking . The above areas are tentative & subject to change .
4. Instalment dates are fixed can not be altered customer .
5. Cheque / Draft to the drawn in favour of VAIBHAV INFRAPLANNERS PVT. LTD., Payable at LUCKNOW . NO out station cheque will be accepted .
6. Registration charges extra as per Government Rules .
7. Any Additional facility that may be provided shall be charged extra .
8. Prices are subject to revision without notice .
9. Extra Charges shall is charged at the time of prossesion.
